Overview
For the purpose of providing services to our clients, Panorama Education may disclose information to certain third-party providers, as described below.
Why does Panorama share data with third parties?
Panorama’s platform entails a number of complex processes that, in culmination, provide the best user experience possible. It would be both infeasible and impractical for Panorama to “reinvent the wheel” on all process components we need to get our services running smoothly, so we rely on third parties with expertise in providing specific services that help us achieve our goal of helping students. We carefully vet these vendors prior to sharing any data by, among other things, scrutinizing their privacy and security policies and examining certification and attestation reports such as SOC v2, to ensure they meet our rigorous standards. In that regard, we will carefully negotiate a custom contract to ensure the third party meets our standards, if necessary.
Pursuant to our privacy policy neither Panorama, nor any of the service providers listed, uses any of the disclosed information to perform targeted advertising. Additionally, Panorama does not sell this data. We are committed to assuring that all third-party vendors we utilize honor the Student Privacy Pledge, just as Panorama does.
